Cabin 1 is a beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bath retreat designed for comfort, connection, and year-round relaxation. With its warm interior, thoughtful layout, and sweeping lake views, this cabin is ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking for a peaceful place to unwind after a day outdoors.
Step into a spacious living area featuring central air conditioning, a gas fireplace, and comfortable seating that invites conversation or quiet evenings in. Two flat-screen HD TVs with cable provide entertainment, while the full-size sleeper sofa offers additional space for guests.
The screened-in porch is the heart of the cabin, offering panoramic views of Big St. Germain Lake. A ten-foot-long table makes it the perfect spot for everything from puzzle marathons and card games to family meals and morning coffee. Rocking chairs positioned by the windows invite you to slow down and soak in the sights and sounds of the water just beyond.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home. A counter bar with stool seating complements the eat-in design, creating a cozy, functional space to gather.
Cabin 1 is also stocked with books, games, and art supplies to keep all ages entertained. Whether you’re out exploring the trails, kayaking the lake, or enjoying a quiet evening inside, this cabin offers a perfect balance of modern comfort and classic Northwoods charm.

Prime Time Rates: Mid-June to Mid-August & Christmas Week to March 1
Important Details
- No pets allowed
- Payment: Visa or MasterCard accepted at check-in
- Check-in: 3:00 p.m. | Check-out: 9:00 a.m. (strictly enforced)
Booking & Payment Terms
- $300 deposit (by check only, non-refundable) due within 7 days of booking for full-week stays
- Balance due on arrival
- Partial week bookings: 3-night minimum stay, non-refundable deposit
- No partial week bookings mid-June to mid-August
- No refunds for early departure
Special Policies
- Christmas/New Year and Snowmobile Derby weekend: special policy requirements apply
- Children of all ages count as regular occupants
- Additional guest charges: $10/night or $50/week per person
